Krivoya ensures that its activities are in compliance with all Applicable Laws and has all the required licences and permits allowing Krivoya to conduct the services.
Krivoya is responsible to send to Partner all inquiries and to provide the related answers about the Products received from Partner to the original inquirer.
Krivoya ensures that all applicable regulatory requirements regarding pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting in respect of the Product are met.
Krivoya will provide Partner with assistance and cooperation as the Partner may request.
Krivoya will notify Partner immediately of any enquiry, or communication received from
Krivoya acknowledges that it does not make any payment whatsoever, in cash or in kind, either directly or indirectly, to any third party to influence their decision or to obtain any benefit or advantage whatsoever.
Krivoya maintains true and accurate records and accounting system necessary to demonstrate compliance with ABAC rules.
Krivoya Company has in place Policies and Code of Conduct implemented and conducts continued training program for all employees.
Partner shall have the right to audit Krivoya accounting records, written policies at any time, to examine, all financial and related records under the control of Krivoya, to confirm its compliance obligations.
Krivoya has in place a Compliance Officer responsible for the implementation of Distributor’s compliance obligations.

Transfer of amounts due to Partner are through SAB bank which is acceptable to Partner and permitted under Global Trade Control Laws and relevant authorities.
